These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.unlocker-god.com, user accounts, API access,digital services, device checks, activations, credits, unlocking services and other services provided through Unlocker-God.

By using the website, creating an account, adding funds, placing an order or using the API, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.

1. General Provisions

Unlocker-God provides access to digital and technical services related to mobile devices, software, IMEI and Serial Number checks, activations,unlocking services and other services listed on the website.

Available services, prices, availability and estimated processing times may change from time to time.

Information displayed on the relevant service page at the time an order is placed forms part of the conditions applicable to that order.

2. User Accounts

Some website functions require the creation of a user account.

Users are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of:

• passwords;
• two-factor authentication codes;
• API keys;
• other account credentials.

If unauthorized access is suspected, the user should change the relevant credentials and contact support as soon as possible.

3. Lawful Use of Services

Users may order services only for devices, accounts and information that they legally own, are authorized to manage, or otherwise have a lawful right to submit for the requested service.

Unlocker-God must not be used for:

• unauthorized access to devices belonging to other persons;
• unauthorized access to third-party accounts;
• unlawful collection of personal information;
• servicing devices known to be stolen;
• fraud;
• other unlawful activities.

Unlocker-God may refuse or suspend an order where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a service is being used unlawfully or abusively.

4. IMEI, Serial Number and Order Information

Users are responsible for checking the accuracy of all information before submitting an order.

This may include:

• IMEI;
• Serial Number;
• device model;
• carrier or region;
• email address or account identifier where required;
• other information requested by the selected service.

The user is responsible for errors in information they submit.

If an incorrect IMEI, Serial Number or other information has already been submitted for processing, the amount paid for that order is not refundable,except where otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.

5. Placing an Order

By placing an order, the user confirms:

• that the selected service is correct;
• that the submitted information is accurate;
• that the displayed price has been reviewed;
• that the estimated processing time has been reviewed;
• that the user has lawful authority to request the service.

Some services are processed automatically through the system/API,while others may be processed manually or through external technical providers.

6. Processing Times

Processing times displayed on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service.

Actual processing time may depend on:

• service provider systems;
• manufacturer servers;
• carrier systems;
• third-party service availability;
• maintenance;
• weekends and public holidays;
• additional technical checks.

A delay does not automatically mean that an order has failed. Users may contact support where an order remains pending for an unusually long time.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

Unlocker-God may use external technical service providers to process certain orders.

Once an order has been transmitted to a provider, cancellation may become technically impossible.

Unlocker-God may use another technical provider where necessary to deliver substantially the same ordered service without materially changing its conditions.

8. Prices and Account Balance

The price of a service is displayed before the order is confirmed. Users are responsible for checking the price before submitting an order.

Funds held in the user's account balance may be used to purchase available Unlocker-God services.

Adding funds to an account does not itself place an order.

9. Payments

Available payment methods are displayed on the account funding page.

Users are responsible for checking:

• the payment amount;
• payment details;
• selected cryptocurrency;
• blockchain network;
• destination address.

Unlocker-God is not responsible for funds lost because the user sends cryptocurrency to an incorrect address or through an incompatible network,unless the problem resulted from an error attributable to Unlocker-God.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders already submitted for automatic processing through the system/API cannot be cancelled, because processing begins automatically with the relevant provider.

A manually processed order may be cancelled only before processing begins or before it is submitted to an external provider.

Where costs have already been incurred, cancellation and any possible refund will depend on the processing stage and applicable mandatory requirements.

11. Refunds

A refund may be considered where an order was not processed, was rejected before processing began, an incorrect charge occurred, or a confirmed technical error attributable to the service occurred.

Funds are generally not refunded where:

• the order has been successfully completed;
• the order is already in automatic processing;
• the user submitted incorrect information;
• the same service was ordered from another provider;
• a device or account was blocked again after successful completion, unless a separate guarantee was expressly provided.

Practical cancellation and refund rules are also provided in the FAQ section.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

12. Information and Check Services

Some services provide information obtained from technical databases or external information sources.

Results reflect information available at the time the request is processed.

Results such as FMI ON, LOST,BLACKLISTED, LOCKED or another result that is unfavorable to the user do not themselves mean that the service failed.

13. Unlocking and Activation Services

The result of some technical services may depend on the device model,software version, carrier, region, FMI, MDM, blacklist status,manufacturer servers and other technical conditions.

Users must review the requirements of the selected service before ordering.

If a device, account or access becomes blocked again after the service was successfully completed, this does not qualify for a refund unless a separate guarantee was expressly provided for that service.

14. API Use

API users are responsible for maintaining the security of their API credentials.

Users must not:

• disclose API credentials to unauthorized persons;
• intentionally overload the service;
• attempt to bypass technical limits;
• interfere with system operation;
• use the API for unlawful purposes.

Unlocker-God may apply technical limits necessary to maintain security and service stability.

15. Account Suspension and Restriction

Access may be restricted where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:

• fraud;
• unauthorized access attempts;
• API abuse;
• violation of these Terms;
• security threats;
• other activity that may harm the service or its users.

16. Service Availability

Unlocker-God aims to maintain stable website and service availability,but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, updates,network problems, hosting or data-center issues, provider failures or circumstances outside reasonable control.

17. User Responsibility

Unlocker-God is not responsible for consequences directly resulting from:

• incorrect information submitted by the user;
• failure to follow service requirements;
• actions taken by a device manufacturer or carrier;
• changes in device status after a completed check;
• changes in third-party provider systems or policies;
• disclosure or mishandling of passwords, API keys or other credentials by the user.

Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Intellectual Property

Website content, structure, design, text and interface elements may be protected by intellectual property laws.

Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Honor and other manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance on Unlocker-God does not imply sponsorship, partnership,authorization or endorsement unless expressly stated.

19. Privacy

Processing of user information is governed by the separate Privacy & Data Processing Policy.

20. Changes to These Terms

Unlocker-God may update these Terms to reflect changes in services,payment methods, API functionality, website features or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be published on www.unlocker-god.com.

21. Support and Disputes

If a problem occurs with an order, account balance or payment,users are encouraged to contact support first and provide the order number or other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
